How to start playing
- Create an account and a character on this website.
- Download the client above and unpack the ZIP file to any folder (for example C:\Games\OurTibia).
- Start MyOTS.exe. The server address is already set - just log in with your account.
- The client updates itself automatically when we publish a new version.
Linux
- Download the Linux client and unpack it:
tar -xzf OurTibia-Linux.tar.gz - Start OurTibia.sh in the OurTibia-Linux folder (
./OurTibia.sh). - All libraries are included. You need a 64-bit system with glibc 2.38 or newer (Ubuntu 24.04+, Linux Mint 22+, Debian 13+, Fedora 39+, Arch) and working OpenGL drivers.
macOS
- Download the macOS client and open the ZIP file - you get OurTibia.app. Move it to Applications.
- The first time, right-click OurTibia.app and choose Open, then Open again (the app is not from the App Store).
- If macOS still blocks it: System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway.
Android
- Open this page on your phone and download OurTibia-Android.apk.
- Open the downloaded file. The first time Android asks to allow installing apps from your browser - allow it (the app is not from Google Play).
- Start OurTibia and log in with your account. The game files update automatically, so the first start takes a moment.
- Turn the phone sideways - the game is played in landscape. Tap to walk and use items, the on-screen pad and buttons do the rest.
Requirements
- Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit), or 64-bit Linux (see above)
- A graphics card with OpenGL 2.0 / DirectX 9 support
- About 1 GB of free disk space
If Windows SmartScreen warns about the program, choose More info → Run anyway. Problems? Ask on our Discord.
